I had long been considering a steering wheel upgrade but hadn't found the perfect option for me. I checked out the Carbon City Customs site, reviews, the customization options, and was very impressed at the level of customization offered. I reached out to Carbon City via PM and inquired about the features that I wanted in my customized wheel, and how long it would take from order time to receive the wheel. Jessica let me know it would be about 5-6 weeks, that the features I wanted in my wheel would not be a problem, and they live by their words! I received it in exactly 5 weeks. Great communication! every question and concerns I had were answered clearly. The craftsmanship and design of the wheel is flawless. It was packed well with foam barriers, with a center piece to protect the BMW logo and the air bag and a cloth bag around the wheel for protection inside the box. The install process was straight forward with no surprises. Having the wheel now installed and stepping back to take a look at how it fit in, I am very happy. The heating functionality, lane departing vibration, and all the buttons and features work perfectly! It looks to me like it could have easily came from the factory. I will let the pictures below do the talking for how it looks. The stitching is excellent, the fitment is excellent, my leg doesn't hit the bottom of the wheel getting in and out of the car. Overall, I'm really happy with the upgrade and product. I just wanted to post this in case anyone may be considering a steering wheel upgrade. I received nothing for this review, I am just a happy customer sharing an experience. I highly recommend Carbon City! Thank you Carbon City!
My experience with Carbon City customs have been supreme, very professional extremely responsive the staff is excellent. They will cater to you and to what you like on your steering wheel design. I can say that ordering aftermarket parts as a car enthusiast, this is my favorite place I’ve been to just because of the customer service alone and on top of that the quality of the steering wheel is amazing for what you pay and the cheap cost on top of the whole custom build, and the shipping was extremely quick highly recommend these guys!
Absolutely love the forged carbon. Insane texture and quality. Unfortunately I wasn’t informed that the forged flakes delays the production time by a couple days, was expecting it to come sooner, however super happy and highly recommend!
Just received a new carbon fiber wheel for my f30 and it is the best modification I have made to my car. After looking for a wheel for the last couple of weeks, I decided to go with Carbon City as one of my friends have purchased some products from their partnered company. This was the best decision I have made, their wheels feel so high quality and I cant get enough of the LED feature when I flat foot my accelerator hahahah.
