RETURN POLICY
You have 30 days from the time you get your item to request a return under our 30-day return policy.
Your item must be unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in the original packing in order to be eligible for a return.
The invoice or other evidence of purchase is also required.

In the event that your return is approved, we'll provide you with a return postage label and shipping instructions.
We won't accept items that are sent back to us without first requesting a refund.
YOUR ORDER CANCELLATION RIGHTS
CONDITIONS FOR Returns
Please ensure the following in order for the goods to be eligible for a return:
- The items were acquired within the previous 30 days.
- The products are in their original boxes or packaging.
THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE:
- The provision of products that are obviously customized or made to your specifications.
- Unless they are defective upon delivery, custom steering wheels cannot be returned.
SHIPPING COST OF RETURNING GOODS
There isn't a cost for returns.
There are no fees associated with returning a product in the event that it is wrong, damaged during shipping, or otherwise flawed.
If you purchase the incorrect item, it doesn't fit, or they decide they no longer want the item, you are responsible for covering the real shipping charges for returning your item.
Your refund will be executed by our internal team within 14 days of refund confirmation if we confirm through email that you are eligible for a full refund after carefully reviewing your order.
Our Customer Care Department will confirm the details of the order on your email within the next 24 hours (from the time we receive the email or SMS asking us to cancel the customer's order). We will then issue a full refund for this order within the following 48 hours, adhering to the return policy of the payment gateways that carboncitycustoms.com is integrating.
Please keep in mind that processing and posting the refund by your bank or credit card provider can take some time.
