If you purchase the incorrect item, it doesn't fit, or they decide they no longer want the item, we are not responsible for this, as our products take time, labor, and resources to complete. We will not be able to accept a return or refund.
Your refund will be executed by our internal team within 14 days of refund confirmation if we confirm through email that you are eligible for a full refund after carefully reviewing your order.
Our Customer Care Department will confirm the details of the order on your email within the next 24 hours (from the time we receive the email or SMS asking us to cancel the customer's order).
