Shipping & Refund Policies
When will my order be processed and shipped?
All orders are made to order, handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date, once processed, the wheel will begin the manufacturing process which may take anywhere between 14 and 21 days. Once it is complete, you will receive a photo of the wheel to verify. Once verified, it will be shipped the following day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, please allow 1-3 business days to process your order. After that, it will generally take 14-21 days to manufacture the steering wheel. After it is complete, generally it will arrive anywhere, worldwide, within 10-14 business days.
Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.
Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, and are determined by your local customs office.
Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
If, for any reason you would like to return a product, please review our refunds and return policy.
If the cancellation of a purchase is fulfilled prior to manufacture commencing, there will be no cancellation fee associated with this action and no reason is needed for a refund in full. In order to find out the products construction stage contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
However, once the production of the steering wheel has commenced, order cancellation, refunds and exchanges are not permittable. This is non-negotiable as each product at Carbon City Customs has been configured according to each individual and their design specifications.
Conditions for Returns
In the event that a product has arrived faulty or damaged, the product may be eligible for a return, but must meet the following criteria.
- The goods arrive damaged or faulty.
- The goods are in the original packaging.
- The return is filed within 30 days of receiving the product.
For all return enquiries and any product issues please contact email@example.com. Carbon City Customs reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning and product/s.
Carbon City Customs cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
